Steveston, British Columbia is a picturesque village located 20 km (35 minutes) south of downtown Vancouver and 12 km from the Vancouver International Airport.
Situated at the mouth of the mighty Fraser River, the town is home to Canada's largest fishing fleet as well as some of Vancouver's best restaurants.

From Garry Point Park, visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll or vigorous run along the West Dyke. The dyke is beautiful at any time of year but particularly nice when the North Shore mountains are snow-covered.

Steveston can be easily reached by bus or taxi from Richmond Centre or the Vancouver Airport. If time permits, consider renting a bicycle and cycling along the west dyke.
