Hiking near Vancouver

There are many wonderful places to hike in and around Vancouver Canada.

One of the most beautiful hikes close to the city centre is the Lord Baden Powell Trail, which runs along (and behind) the North Shore Mountains.

There are excellent hiking trails Whistler BC, north of Vancouver.

Joffre Lake Provincial Park for example (north of Whistler) provides experienced hikers with spectacular views of mountains, glaciers and glacial lakes.
